Encourage your child to limit their sugar intake.

Encourage your child to Brush 2x a day.

Start to educate your child about the importance of flossing once your child’s teeth are in contact with one another.

Mentor your children’s brushing practice and train them to brush in gentle circular motion.

Introduce gargling with a fluoride mouthwash once your child is 6 or older of age.
